How weekly cashback actually works
At the end of each week, vip calculates your total losses and total winnings for that week. Subtracting total winnings from total losses gives your net loss — and your tier's cashback rate is applied to that net loss to determine your cashback.
If there is no net loss in a given week (i.e. winnings exceed losses), no cashback is paid that week. Cashback applies only to net losses.
