1 Definitions and Applicability

This document sets out the terms of service between the vip platform and its members. Key terms used throughout are explained below.

• "Platform" refers to the viplogin.cam website and any related mobile applications.
• "Member" refers to any person who holds and operates a registered account on vip.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment activities.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital account on the platform where a member stores and manages their funds.

These terms take effect as soon as you access the platform or use any service. If you do not agree with any term, you are asked to stop using the services.

2 Membership and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on vip, members must provide accurate and complete personal information. The name, mobile number, and date of birth given at registration must be real and verifiable. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found operating from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be flagged as duplicates and vip reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping the login password confidential is the member's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately via live chat. vip will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing a password with a third party.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on vip are available only to persons aged 21 years or older. Age is verified at registration and proof of age may be requested at any time. If a member is identified as underage, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be reviewed for return.

In addition, persons professionally involved in operating vip's systems or software are not eligible to use the services. The account holder must be the one using the account — placing bets on someone else's behalf or operating another person's account is not permitted.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods

The accepted deposit methods on vip are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500.

4.2 Transaction Verification

After a deposit is completed, funds are normally added to the account within a short time. If the funds have not arrived after the expected period, keep the transaction reference number and contact the support team. If a payment is cancelled or fails, a refund process will begin automatically.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing using another person's mobile wallet or payment method is strictly prohibited. Transactions must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

5 Withdrawals and Fund Transfers

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

To complete a withdrawal, the member must meet the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be limited until its wagering requirement is met.
• The withdrawal destination must be a method registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review if unusual or suspicious activity is ongoing.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on vip can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not cash — it must be wagered 20 times the bonus amount before it can be used for withdrawal.

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw, the wagering requirement must be met: ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies to one account once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, any active bonus will be cancelled.
• vip reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. However, in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unintended display, vip reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the relevant bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's wallet.

7.2 System Abuse Prohibited

Using bots, scripts, or any automated method to place bets is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate odds will result in permanent account closure.

7.3 Special Guidelines for Sports Betting

In cricket, football, or other sports betting, odds set before a match begins apply to pre-match bets. In live betting, odds change from moment to moment and a bet remains pending until it is confirmed.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

vip may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Being identified as underage.

If a valid balance exists before account closure, it may be returned after the verification process is completed, though this does not apply in cases of fraud.

9 Responsible Gaming

vip believes that gaming for entertainment should be enjoyable and should never cause financial or mental stress. To that end, the platform provides several protective features — such as setting deposit limits, taking temporary breaks, and self-exclusion.

11 Limitation of Liability

vip makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but disclaims liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment gateways.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Loss resulting from a member's own carelessness or sharing of passwords.

vip's games are operated by gaming providers and game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). vip does not guarantee any specific outcome. Wins and losses are a normal part of gaming, and members operate their accounts having voluntarily accepted this risk.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

vip reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members through their registered contact. Continued use of the platform after any change means the member has accepted the updated terms.
